Unfortunately, the ticket for setting up OPKCs...

Unfortunately, the ticket for setting up OPKCs projector wasn't resolved. Ticket time took 37 minutes to try and set up a laptop with LiveViewer6 and projector connections with no resolution. Greg did all he could to try and fix, but couldn't resolve the connectivity issues we were having with it. Another user was able to connect via previous connection set up by IT, but the screen resolution cut off most of their screen off, resulting in lost time. We ended up just running an HDMI cable from the projector to our laptops as our fix to the problem. We thank Greg for his service on this ticket.

A very kind and patient person. The problem took longer than i would have liked to get resolved but i believe it's a windows/office issue and not necessarily the tech who was trying to resolve the it... I've had this issue a couple of times before which is frustrating. But, again the tech was helpful and patient.

Jeff did a great job in making sure our new user was set up and also made sure to do it through secure email. One thing I would like to see all the techs do is secure email as Jeff has done. The last few folks who did do setups for our new users did not. Not sure if that's the secure thing to do, but it is something I would like to put out there and if this can be a consistent thing. Unless it doesn't matter either way? Just a suggestion. Anyways, Jeff did great - buy him coffee! He does a great job!
