We're always so thankful to call in and have Integris IT Team fix our computer problems. Thanks for the hospitality even over the phone. When I called in they knew me and my needs and were ready to help. It was a quick fix and I didn't have to bring my computer to your office, it was great that y'all could remotely enter the computer to fix it. Thank you so much for your quick help.

Greg replied to our ticket immediately and when the problem was more involved, he quickly escalated the issue. Randy responded right away and being familiar with our server issue, he had a fix for us so we could resume work. We appreciate both of them and are grateful for the expertise!! Thank you.
