Even after continued efforts to make provisioning computers more documented and standardized we are still receiving computers without the common components in working order. Wasted a cumulative 5 staff hours on support calls and emails for something that should not have been a problem--especially after all of the corrective actions we've taken to date. This also left a bad impression on the new-hires, making both Student Choice and Integris look bad. The only upside here is that call to the helpdesk was fairly quick since James happened to be available and I directed the staff to request him to correct the issues.
