Danny was very helpful with this issue, although it was unresolved, he made sure to check with me to get a full understanding of the issue in order to diagnose the problem effectively as well as look for different ways to fix the issue. It seems as this issue is uncommon and not much is found to fix; however, he advised to check in with him if it happened again and to let my coworkers know to contact right away so they can see how to resolve the issue.
