I do not respond to many of these requests as I am busy. However, as I was contemplating Alex's support, I rarely wait more than a few minutes for a response and his knowledge is outstanding. I've been in the business world for decades and he is the best IT support person I have ever had.

We don't call him "Magic Alex" for no reason! Alex is always VERY responsive and usually addresses things within minutes. This was a simple ask, and something we probably could have done ourselves, but he took care of it promptly without any push-back.
