Christian was patient through the entire process. The software that required an update on my computer is not commonly used. He took the time to research options for me and the update was installed successfully. He has a pleasant demeanor and could easily put the average customer service representative to shame. I think exceptional is the right grade because of his upbeat approach and positive attitude.
