Koal was amicable and capable, pleasure to meet (on the phone) and work with. I only put a 9 instead of a 10 as it did take him a second attempt to fix my problem, but in fairness that is probably to be expected in land of IT matters. He'll be able to fix it first time for the next person that calls. He was still very quick with the whole thing..getting to my call and fixing the problem.
