Adam was awesome to work with! He was knowledgeable, efficient and had great customer service skills. He's been by far the best IT Technician that I have worked with. Overall, my experience with Integris hasn't been the greatest and I feel like the response time has been extremely slow. However, this isn't reflective of Adam and if I could have a dedicated individual handling our account, I'd choose him.
