After initially setting up my ticket and then...

After initially setting up my ticket and then calling in to escalate the ticket priority, I was immediately transferred to Koal. He was able to assess the situation quickly, troubleshoot the issue, and reboot our SQL server. Our users could then log in to Prologue and continue to work. I am not sure if that solved the issue that caused the problem, but we was able to get us back up and running. - Brian

Ly and Koal were great. Ly listened and was able to get me speaking with a tech right away. Koal was awesome- pleasant, and understanding. He helped get everything corrected so that I could be connected to the printer right away. Thank you guys for all of your help today.
