First rate prompt service

While I understand technical difficulties happen with hosting, the image that shows saying 'the site is suspended' is alarming and can be misrepresentative of what is actually occurring (for example, it was a hosting issue today). I have a suggestion. Instead of having that alarming graphic pop up, it would be better to have a calm message that says, "This site is having technical issues. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again momentarily." That way, the public doesn't assume that someone has done a wrong, like unpaid fees.
