Christian was awesome in trying to help resolve while he was answering phone calls. Nate was able to fix the problem and I had a missed call from him that didn't come through on my cell phone right away and so I didn't realize the problem was resolved until I called Christian back. Which isn't really Nate's fault.. must be my service. In the past he has left a chat box up but might not have been able to since it was a log on issue. Thank you to both of these guys and Happy Thanksgiving to your whole team!
