Bill did not have all the information to solve everything the first time around, but he was friendly and figured out how to fix it once I pointed out what was missed. (Bill did initially forget to click the box to notify me on ticket update, which is an ongoing complaint of mine across multiple tickets. It happens frequently enough that I blame the ticketing system, not the staff.)
