If there were a number higher than 10 to rate Adam, he would certainly deserve it. He was extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. He was quick to diagnose the speed issues i have been experiencing with my prior computer and in set up and training on the new one. With little knowledge about the inner workings of computers myself, Adam never once made me feel stupid and he always explained what he was doing and why. Very happy/satisfied with the whole experience. And per his request, i have a joke......one i am sure you have all heard a million times: What was the spider doing on the computer?... He was making a web-site! Ok...one more... I took a Microsoft Office class in high school… I Excelled in it.

As always Adam was able to successfully get Kim's email working again, he was pleasant to work with resolved the issue quickly.
