I was panicking because I could not get payroll...

I was panicking because I could not get payroll to process. First the token our bank uses died so I had to switch to Elizabeth's token and computer, as she was out of town. Then I could not get the Teams program to stop operating to allow me to access the rest of the software. Definitely a User Error issue, but Jared was great. He showed me how to get out of the program so I could get what I needed to do out of the way. Much appreciated!

I was incredibly satisfied with NetEffect's problem-solving abilities. Bobby quickly knew how to solve the issue with my computer application, even working around my left-handed mouse on the spot. Ly was also knowledgeable and led me in the right direction.
