Quick fix! I felt bad that my problem was embarrassingly easy to solve, yet Blake treated the service no differently. Kind, easy to talk to, and efficient. Blake paid very close attention to the details in my ticket, calling when I requested to be reached (promptly) and confirming I was able to complete my work on time.
