My printer stopped working but Brittany was able to reach Matt and he fixed it quickly. Very helpful as usual.

I needed a new battery for my laptop. Keith found 2 different batteries that would fit it and showed them to me on-line. I decided to get the Dell battery and ordered it. Keith then scheduled Willie to come to the office and install it for me. Willie sent an email asking if the scheduled time was convenient for me, then showed up at the exact time scheduled. He had to wait on me because I had lost track of time and was not ready when he showed up. He was very gracious about waiting. He said the exchange would take about a half hour, but it only took him about 15 minutes! Absolutely a great experience all the way through!
