I find it challenging to put into words how extremely pleased I am with the services Bobby provided me today. Now I can work until little heart burst with joy and my fingers bleed from home with a fast and secure remote connection. God is good and so is Bobby with NetEffect!!

The team is great. The only thing that disappoints me often is that it takes so much longer than anticipated or planned for. I think that the projects like mine that took place on friday, the time commitment needs to be explained because I couldn't work on my computer for an hour and 45 minutes and I was told it would only take about 10 minutes. I'm not faulting the technician at all, but I think that it might be good practice to have people block out at least an hour when they have a tech call.
