Riaan helped me the most with this situation and he was so patient, kind and helpful! I was beyond frustrated with what was going on and this ticket was open for about 2 weeks. Riaan was so professional and kind as we worked to get this issue resolved with my phone. He went above and beyond to check in as we were waiting for Xfinity to follow up and tried his best to resolve this in a timely manner. Really appreciate your time and support.
