Scott was very helpful. he helped me set up my computer desktop beings this is my first having this type of work account and computer and he also helped me understand how certain windows worked and even recommended how some users in the past have used multiple screens throughout the day. definitely made me feel more at ease when using with systems I will be now working with, really such a big help.
