In 2000, two college grads set out to redefine IT support. Starting out in a cramped basement, Mat Nguyen and Mike Harris founded Worksighted with a vision of delivering enterprise-class, relationship-driven IT support to small and midsize businesses. By focusing on strategic, growth-oriented solutions and passionately supporting end users, Worksighted has earned the trust of hundreds of organizations across Michigan. In the 17 years since, our firm has grown a team of over 60 incredibly talented people. We pay special attention to cultivating an internal culture that rewards entrepreneurial thinking, passionate client service, energetic collaboration and absolute accountability. Not only does this culture better service our clients, but it’s helped us achieve an engineer retention rate of over 95%. Brandon was absolutely amazing. I had been logged out of my desktop for 2 weeks. I placed the call and my wait time was not long and Brandon was very efficient. At first he struggled to help me with my situation, but he thought of every possible way to help me figure out my problem. He was very patient with me and was so very helpful. He did such a great job! Thank you Brandon Bland.

IT engineer Joe Popp was courteous and knowledgeable about the applications and programs he needed to access. Joe’s determination to get outlook on both my cell phone was greatly appreciated. I can now get the most recent outlook post and have the necessary information needed to access my account. Thank You Joe for your assistance

Adam was so great! He did everything possible to try to fix my computer and was actually explained everything he was doing. I've only used Worksighted a handful of times (all positive experiences) but Adam was BY FAR the best. If there's one person in your organization that deserves a promotion or a raise, it is him! Thank you so much for having a great staff that includes amazing people like Adam.
