Thank you KME for servicing my GPT laptop for the last several years. Shane has been exceptional is responding to my needs in a timely, thorough, and efficient manner. He is patient and kind in addressing my concerns and answering my questions in a way that I can understand, as I am not confident in my knowledge of basic technology or particularly skilled. So when Nicco initially called me back on this ticket I THOUGHT QuickBooks had taken care of everything.... but that was not the case. Called back to KME, talked to Nicco and he took care of everything. Love KME!! Best money we spend for our business!!!
