Took days to hear back the first time, it was...

Took days to hear back the first time, it was resolved within an hour or so. Took weeks to hear back the second time and wasn't aware that someone had already reached out to us. Originally requested help 9/7. Didn't get a reply until 9/13. And the second time 9/20, says the ticket was created today which is misleading as well.
