The call center line was slower than usual...

The call center line was slower than usual answering but Oscar was quick to access previous ticket number from this repeated issue, get context, and have a technician call Maritza, the affected user. According to Maritza, Rodolfo did call within the hour and made adjustments to fix problem. Maritza was still testing at last check but no further report of problem. Onlyy loose end is an understanding of how to prevent the problem from repeating another time.
