Zed was excellent to work with. His demeanor and patience is outstanding. He diligently worked through multiple dead ends and eventually found the issue. Sidebar, Fuse 3 never set a ticket after 5-calls from throughout the day. I was calling 888-245-5565, the attendant confirmed in two separate follow-up calls that they were working on ticket as we speak. Later to find out around 4 when I called the main 916# and spoke to Rose (who is also awesome!) that a ticket was not created and it appeared nothing had been done on my issue. I was down all day. I was never prompted to change my PW.
