TED TED TED Myself and the staff that have worked with him on a daily basis because of all the ongoing issues we have with the system we are working with it, well what can i say I we could get Ted every time we would be thrilled. He is great at blonding down what he is doing so we can help ourselves, he works quickly and effectively, he has a great sense of humor that goes along way when we are sitting frustrated not being able to do our job until he able to get us up and running again. I would rate this visit exceptional. Quin was very though, knowledgeable and patient taking that extra step making sure I knew how to sign in, creating notes for me to follow and giving me that understanding in how to log in and maneuver to my different work stations, desktop, tagging everything I needed to know. I felt a great deal of relief after working with Quin tin knowing the correct steps to logging -in correctly
