Great job by Keith and Matt in assisting us to migrate our office manager's desktop PC from a unit which won't support Windows 11 to a newer computer which supports the transition we need to make over the next few months. I started the process last Friday afternoon and it was completed this morning. I'm an experienced user of Laplink's PC Mover software, and did the bulk of the migration of applications, data and settings on Saturday morning with both the old and new PCs disconnected from both the internet and our network. While I can deal with that I needed assistance from Integris with respect to disabling your security and monitoring clients, answers to some questions which came up during the migration, and then remote reinstallation of those clients which was completed this morning. As a tax and business valuation CPA firm, we have a lot of software so it wasn't a quick and easy process. I was initially working primarily with Matt V, and Keith H seamlessly stepped into his shoes when Matt came down with a case of Covid over the weekend. Despite that, Matt did a final review this morning and gave us the all-clear to deploy the replacement computer. Great support and well done!!
