Had to call in to Help Desk to elevate priority. However, Jonathan was excellent in working through the issues from the SonicWall breach and limitations, that somehow dominoed to affec our Project Management software and my desktop connection to Microsoft Outlook. He methodically worked through the issues and resolved all the issues. My gratitude as I am working remotely for the next six days and being able to work over this weekend makes all the difference for me. Kudos to Jonathan and the earlier work-around by Demontre when our SonicWall VPN procedures were compromised..
