Koal is a good listener and really strives to take care of issues quickly. I feel all of your employees do that. He opened a ticket and paused it until I could speak with another part of our company to see if the problem was on their end. Issue was solved very quickly. Thank you Koal!

Excellent service! From the moment my call was answered until the problem was resolved, the care I received was very impressive. The engineer was excellent at troubleshooting and identified the issue within minutes. Problem was resolved and my business was up and running with very little downtime. Thank you NetEffect!!
