Josh was extremely helpful in handling a multitude of changes I needed done. With a predecessor that had left, I needed access to her login, everything on her desktop and her email. He was able to get me access to everything. In addition, he went the extra mile by adding two other former email accounts to my email to ensure I don't miss anything. He then also made sure that all 3 former email addresses relayed a message that my predecessors were no longer here and to email me with any needs. He was very helpful and easy to work with,
