I was stuck with someone new (trainee) as it took 40+ minutes on the call without resolve and was ended due to call being dropped. I was working from home due to weather so I wouldn't have been in the office when he tried to call thus asking for call back number in advance would have been nice. Kind of worked out because i was able to get a more experience tech when I called back and was able to resolve what I was trying to achieve in 7 minutes. I've called many times in the past for assistance and usually issues are resolved within 10 minutes. I eventually got stuck with licensing issue, but this was not techs' fault.

The rating is based on the assigning a ticket number only. The ticket request was shortly canceled and no need for support.
