In 2000, two college grads set out to redefine IT support. Starting out in a cramped basement, Mat Nguyen and Mike Harris founded Worksighted with a vision of delivering enterprise-class, relationship-driven IT support to small and midsize businesses. By focusing on strategic, growth-oriented solutions and passionately supporting end users, Worksighted has earned the trust of hundreds of organizations across Michigan. In the 17 years since, our firm has grown a team of over 60 incredibly talented people. We pay special attention to cultivating an internal culture that rewards entrepreneurial thinking, passionate client service, energetic collaboration and absolute accountability. Not only does this culture better service our clients, but it’s helped us achieve an engineer retention rate of over 95%.
