This issue has been resolved, Once I got into the office I had to disconnected the tower for 10 minutes, then it rebooted. i think there may be an issue with Edwin's phones. I understand he is working from home. please see the email strings, he repeatedly called the incorrect numbers. Then he emailed me that he was calling 702.586.3855. That number is forwarded to my cell he never called it. Only comment is to ask him to make sure he looks at the tickets. I generally input the correct contact number.
