Bryant was not able to correct the issue I was having, but he tried his best and provided exceptional communication and customer service. He advised he was escalating the ticket and since we were so late in the day, it would be the next day before someone would contact me. I completely understood. Kenneth contacted me first thing the next day, and although I did not answer his call (he called before 7:30 AM. I guess not realizing I was an hour behind him.), I appreciate the quick follow up. I tried to log in before I called him back and was able to log in to NetExtender with no problem. Not sure you guys were still working on the issue and got it fixed, but I appreciate the great customer service.
