Scott and I played phone tag for a while, but it wasn't his fault. It was mine. I move around a lot during the day and I kept missing his calls. He was very persistent in responding to my request for assistance and we finally had a chance to work on my printer issue. With only a little assistance from me he was able to reprogram my printer to take paper from the larger tray, instead of the small tray, and set it back as the default. YAY! Scott was WONDERFUL!! Now all is well, and my printer is functioning as it should. ,
