About Us

The story begins in 1997, when the expansion of computer use and the World Wide Web craze was in full swing. Our family created the fun, educational board game Cyber-Quest to help everyday people make sense of new technologies and understand how to use them. Since our beginnings, we’ve successfully gained a national client base and expanded our company to offer new services and all-inclusive packaged solutions for local people, businesses and organizations of all types. Or current base of operations is located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

I appreciated everything that Eric did. I got back to the office and set up the computer and everything was there. Sure made it easy for me. I would recommend Eric to anybody. Appreciated the fast service as I was going on vacation. Thanks Eric.

Josh came and was able to identify that the printer had a bad driver installed. Josh installed the correct driver, tested it locally, and remotely to confirm fix had worked. All is well again. :)

I feel that Eric did the best he could. I found that with the new windows software he installed, I could not bring up my g mail account so I added a new one but really want my old account to show up instead. Probably my lack of computer knowledge. I also had to re-do all my favorites. I'm sure I'll find more changes that will be needed with the new software
