Seth handled the ticket quickly and gave a call to explain it all and confirm it was done which was great. The agency tested it out and confirmed all was working. I don't think I missed one but was looking for an email with the same subject line saying the request was completed and if all was in order and the ticket could be closed. Like I said, I know we spoke but it wasn't tested and confirmed by me yet that it was working so just want to make sure emails are sent confirming. Thank you, Dave
