Taylor Anderson and Taylor Matthews both were great to work with. The issue lies with Microsoft Outlook and the "new" version vs "classic". I'm using Classic but realized I was suddenly no longer receiving email notices about calendar invitations & updates, but I can see the "tentative" appointments on my calendar. The solution for me, for now, seems to be living with classic outlook on my desktop and also viewing my inbox online where I *can* see those notifications. But I won't switch to New Outlook until they improve Templates and a few other features that I use a lot in Classic. So, the overall score was "9" but not due to Taylor & Taylor.
