Learning Opportunity: Install of print drivers and papercut software on each person's laptop should be completed at the same time vs. separate calls to each user.

Dennis was able to resolve my issue quickly and get me back to printing.

I needed many items and applications installed on my computer, as well as some troubleshooting to solve issues that were causing problems. The Technician that assisted me (Seth Plechas) was absolutely exceptional! His IT knowledge is very impressive. He not only solved all of the issues I was having, he also provided some helpful suggestions. He answered all my questions and was very patient and polite. I have worked for a couple of large companies with IT Departments in the past, and I must say this was the best experience I have had. Thank you!
