Both Taylors did a great job communicating and helping fill in the blanks for information I missed. We were able to get Karen converted to shortcuts is almost 2 hours. I'd be great if we can shorten that time for future conversions. Additionally, Taylor forgot to hide the Boettcher Foundation item that used to house all the synced folders, which cause some confusion and will likely be confusing for future transitions. One slight note is that I tried calling Taylor Mathews multiple times in regard to this ticket but was never able to get him on the phone. Is there a way I can speak to Taylor Mathews about tickets?
