Unfortunately, Kris was not able to fix the issue and since it was EOD I was unable to gain access to our server and created a work stoppage. Randy luckily came in the next morning (Today) and quickly solved the issue and found out that it was as simple as clearing/flushing the DNS, so there appears to be a learning curve and perhaps Integris can update its solutions so that newbies can be able to solve it on the first attempt.
