Benjamin is incredibly helpful, efficient, & professional. I have been working with him for a few weeks now getting my system taken care of and running as smooth as possible and he is always responsive and I never had to wait. I appreciate how he took his time to explain things to me as I don't know much about the processes and procedures it takes to make these things possible. I would 100% work with him again given the opportunity.

Thank you Corey Salcines and Scott Marmon for your help investigating why the ETR override emails stopped appear from Microsoft. I've taken a point off because Corey and I discussed that with Microsoft disabling this feature we had no way to check that the approved email list went through but Taylor said he was able to confirm that they were migrated over. I'm assuming Corey Saclines comment that they could not be migrated over but users will get Proofpoint quarantine emails is where we have ended this ticket.
