Jonah was very helpful and worked hard to solve our printer connection issues. We tried several options and were able to resolve the print issues but not the scanning issues with regard to using HP Smart. Jonah kept looking for solutions and was proactive in keeping me informed. When Thomas Sandwich came in today to help with our projector wifi connection issues in our conference room we mentioned our printer issues and he was able to get those issues resolved with Adam's help. Thanks for getting us up and running. So appreciated.
