I am pleased with the assistance I received from Trinity yesterday as well as today. She was professional in her demeanor but more importantly she was patient and understanding with me. I am not tech savvy, therefore, I require a lot of patience from the techs that assist me with my issues on the computer. All the techs I have encountered have been pleasant and they never make me feel like I am slow and unable to comprehend, My forte is not computers so I do tend to rely on computer wiz's to help me every now and then, I am not one to just start clicking away on the keyboard. Thank you for the help today and you resolved my issue in a timely manner so that I could get to my meeting on time. Thank you Trinity, your time was greatly appreciated!
