I gave a 10 BUT ..... I asked for Parker to have full access to the R:\operations folder but he wasn't given full access until I requested it again, and this held me up and wasn't done when I requested/expected Friday so I had to make a special trip into the office on Monday morning in Pleasanton, then drive to Hayward; I had hoped to have it done by Friday so I could go straight to Hayward on Monday morning. ON THE OTHER HAND ..... I appreciate that this was done quickly and sooner than the standard 1 week lead time, AND I also liked how we had a first day orientation for the new employee -- this was a big help. So, two big positive things offset the one negative :)
