Mike really went above and beyond to close this ticket. What should have been an easy install took much longer to figure out and resolve - it was unexpected to both of us that a Windows product would be so challenging to install. He figured out an alternate solution, and made it happen. I really appreciate his efforts! One comment - I really dislike when folks open my existing browser window and open a new tab. I have a lot of browser windows open, and it might not be okay for you to see what I'm working on. I'd feel more comfortable if you opened a new browser I don't have in use, or open a new window of the browser. Thanks again!
