Alex Ramirez, IT tech who assisted me with connecting my new monitor to my laptop provided excellent customer service. Alex was professional, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding while addressing me and my monitor/laptop set-up. He listened to my issue and was able to explain the steps clearly to me and was patient with me while I took the time I needed to be sure I was following thru correctly with the task. Not only did he assist me in setting up my monitor, he had identified that updates on my computer needed to be performed. I was lucky to have had such a friendly and knowledgeable representative and I hope that he is recognized as one of Integris' top IT representatives.
