I liked the email confirmation that they were on it. Technician John called me within 20 minutes or so from my first email asking for help to diagnose and he got to work. He remoted into my laptop which required me to be there which is fine. He needed about 15 minutes to work on the issue. A small 68 KB Word doc attached in an email would not open as usual. An "Outlook to Word communication" issue. He did a few tests to show the fix worked, asked if I needed anything else looked at and we were done.
