Taylor was very informative, respectful, and understood my concerns to ensure I was not locked out of my system via my Microsoft account. Taylor was guinely concerned that my Tableau Jump Cloud MFA account access was corrected, thank you for the successful update! Also, Taylor remained on the Team Owl call with me to ensure I had full access after necessary password reset for Microsoft systems, to update access with Tableau Jump Cloud.
