Trinity tried her best at helping us but it was above her ability and she escalated the ticket. It felt like Leo wanted to blow us off because "everything looked good on his side" even though we were unable to do anything on our side and we were all frozen. He eventually rebooted the server which for now fixed the problem but frustrating that he didn't seem to fix the problem.
