This ticket was originally for Orion to replace the computer in questions thinking it was past its useful life. Instead, Josh from Orion evaluated the computer and found it was only 3 years old and needed some file clean up and updates. The result was Orion recommending we DO NOT replace the computer at this time. Josh did a great job!

Shaelynn was very patient and diligent in solving my problem. I initially created a ticket for a colleagues Outlook needing to be signed in to. I also had a completely separate issue with a server not communicating with my computer. She helped create a ticket and resolve that issue on the phone following the original Outlook request.
